Depending on how you use Gym Manager Pro, the application may collect and store information required for its functionality, including:

• Attendance records
• Payment information and payment history
• Subscription details

• Firebase Authentication User ID
• Phone number where provided

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to manage gym memberships, attendance, payments, subscriptions, notifications, and other core functionality of the application.

4. Account Authentication

Gym Manager Pro uses Firebase Authentication, including Google Sign-In, to authenticate users and provide access to their Gym Manager account.

A Firebase Authentication User ID is used to associate an authenticated account with the corresponding Gym Manager data stored in the application's backend.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored using Firebase services. We implement industry-standard security practices intended to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

6. Third-Party Services

Gym Manager Pro uses trusted third-party services such as:

• Firebase Authentication
• Cloud Firestore
• Firebase Cloud Functions
• Razorpay for payment processing

These services may process information as necessary to provide their respective services.

7. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled using Razorpay. Gym Manager Pro may store payment and subscription details required to maintain payment history and subscription functionality.

Sensitive payment credentials such as complete card numbers are not intended to be stored by Gym Manager Pro.

8. Attendance Records

Attendance records are maintained as part of the gym management functionality of Gym Manager Pro.

Attendance records are not deleted as part of the current Gym Manager account deletion process.

9. Account and Data Deletion

The account deletion process requires the user to authenticate using the Google account associated with their Gym Manager account.

After successful verification, the account deletion process deletes:

• The Firebase Authentication account
• The associated Gym Manager gym record
• Members associated with that gym
• Payment records associated with that gym

The current account deletion process does not delete attendance records.

10. Your Rights

You may request to update or delete your information at any time. You also have the right to stop using the application whenever you choose.

11. Data Retention

Information is retained as needed to provide the application's gym management functionality, maintain account and subscription records, and support the services described in this Privacy Policy.

Account deletion is handled through the deletion process described above.
